Beards!

Beards are back? Big, fluffly, mountain-man beards? Say it ain't so...

Actually, in the technology world, there's a tradition of men with big hair and big beards. Unfortunately, it's usually a marker of a lack of social and/or grooming skills. That's not true outside of Silicon Valley, but nevertheless if I see, say, the Ralph Lauren model on the left, my reaction is not "how masculine" but rather "Asperger's; watch out!"

And I really think it's best for me to hang out with people who have better social skills than I do...
